At Peoples, we have an amazing group of wonderful people who support the Ministry Team in various ways.  Their role is often behind the scenes, quietly making things happen in a smooth and seamless way.  Below are the many areas of Ministry Support offered to our Ministry Team and our wider congregation:

Administration
Where would we be without this amazing group at Peoples?  They attend to every last detail of all the issues and situations that develop in a church.  From providing details about when and where things happen, to preparation for budgeting and taking care of day to day administration in general, this team are true servants of Christ as they minister their amazing administrative skills with His wisdom and strength.
 
Connection Desk (Reception)
Welcome to The Peoples Church.  This wonderful team is the first point of contact who welcome you to the church during office hours. They meet you at the reception area and are consistently patient and gracious in providing newcomers and visitors with relevant information for their vast and varied inquiries.  The Connection Desk is also the area that receives and directs answers regarding all telephone concerns.

Communications
Developing ideas and presenting facts to the congregation in creative ways is the responsibility of the Communications folks.  This team prepares various communication media from print to electronic that provide the congregation and interested parties with information on the "happenings" of the church.   Newsletters, the web, graphics and the look and feel all come together via this vital link in the Peoples chain.

Finance & Operations
Here lies the pulse of the practical aspects of the church as it works behind the scenes.  These folks are the heartbeat of the operation who dot our "i's" and cross our "t's", keeping us on our toes in order to ensure that we are a smooth running ship.  This unassuming group, work effortlessly to keep us accountable and excellent stewards of our resources.

IT Support
This is the beautiful meaning of letting a computer assist us in our work.  Our IT Support Team are truly passionate about what they do and they see their work as a means to allowing servants of Christ to further His purpose.  They quietly streamline our systems, manage our machines, stomp our "forest fires" and technical dilemmas with grace and joy.  We are all made to feel as if the glitch was absolutely nothing and they just wanted to visit our desks to say hi!
 
Property Management
This area, made up of the Property Manager and Custodians, literally oversee what happens inside and outside the building.  They are responsible for every nook and cranny to ensure it is in working order, safe for our congregation to visit, within regulations for fire department control, to name a few areas of responsibility.  They ensure that public areas are safe and clean.  They set-up for functions, events and programs and ensure that the areas are restored to a semblance of order when all things come to an end.
