Corporate Prayer

6:30 – 7:15 PM • Founders Hall
Our DNA 2017 Global Mission Conference will launch with a time of corporate prayer as we gather to dedicate ourselves and our missionaries to God’s plan and calling. We will be using prayer cards that will be available throughout the conference in our prayer installations throughout the church. These installations will help keep our focus and emphasis on prayer for our missionaries and projects around the world.

Merge: Worship Night

7:30 – 9:30 PM • Auditorium
Join us as we merge our voices in song and our hearts in prayer to our amazing God! This special night will focus on missions – compassion, justice and evangelism. We’ll also be featuring Josh McCabe and the Caves! Invite your family and friends.

Sunday Service with Sharon Cohn Wu

Sharon currently serves as International Justice Mission’s Senior Vice President of Justice System Transformation. Sharon’s primary responsibly is to ensure that IJM achieves its goal of securing justice and protection for the oppressed through transformed public justice systems. Over the past 15 years, Sharon’s leadership with IJM has helped rescue thousands of children and families from slavery and violence around the world.

Voice of the Martyrs: Solitary Refinement

This immersive live stage experience is based on the best-selling books of Richard Wurmbrand, and on persecution around the world today. The script is written and performed by award-winning international artist Dennis J. Hassell, directed by triple-Dora-Award nominee Tom Carson, with original music composed by Emmy-winner and renowned recording artist Tom Szczesnia.

Women in Ministry Symposium

Our lives are complicated and yet God invites us into an adventure with him like no other. Join us for this opportunity to hear from ordinary women, women with complex, busy lives who heard his voice and obeyed his call to serve both locally and abroad. They will be sharing some amazing stories of God at work in their lives and the communities in which they serve. All are welcome! Please register in advance.

Welcoming Forum

All church leaders and volunteers from across the GTA are invited to join us as we explore and share ministry models that focus on welcoming newcomers. The day will include a keynote address on Welcoming the Strangers: A Biblical Imperative by Dr. T.V. Thomas, as well as a series of workshops and discussions. Please register in advance.

10:10 & Impact

With a burden for his native Afar people in Ethiopia, Guret founded the Friendship Support Association to offer education, training and services for this nomadic people group. Through it he is able to share the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ. Guret will be sharing with this joint gathering of 10:10 and Impact.

Join us for breakfast and bring a friend with you! We’ll be hearing from Guret Ahmed, Founder of Friendship Support Association in Ethiopia. Tickets are $10. Please register in advance.

Coffee House

Come and enjoy specialty coffee, delicious treats and performances by musicians, artists and more! All proceeds will be used to support our Peoples mission teams in the coming year. Tickets are $10. Please register in advance.

FNY will be hearing from guest missionary speaker Peter Mbithi from Mully Children’s Family. He will be sharing on the importance of world mission and our role in it.

Saturday, October 28

Ready to Serve City Day

8:30 AM – 1:30 PM • Gym
Join us for a day of learning practical skills for ministry and putting our love into action across the GTA! We will begin the day with a fun and interactive workshop on Prayer Evangelism. We will then all spread out across the city serving in different places in the afternoon and evening.

A children’s program will also be available! Kids are free but need to be registered, as spots are limited. All participants will receive refreshments and lunch. Tickets are $10 if you register in advance, and $20 at the door.

Sunday Service with Philip Timoti

Philip is the Director of the UPHOLD Ministry in India. Working with the marginalized groups in India, Philip leads a team of more than 56 missionaries working in over 68 churches. UPHOLD’s Bethany Hospital, serves as a gateway to share Christ with all people regardless of race, religion or caste.
