Ladies, we invite you to join us for a weekly class that will get you moving to a variety of music genres from African fusion to Salsa and everything in between! Music is a great way to help us develop major muscles and improve fitness levels. Each dancersize class allows you to take part at your own pace, and involves stretching, relaxation and helps to support holistic health.
