Mondays • 7:00 – 8:30 PM • Outdoors/Gym
Join us for a new season of Find Your Fit! Come and be a part of a life group that exercises together. You can choose to participate through two activity options – by running or walking our 5 km courses. There is also a “learn to run” option available as we use a buddy system to incorporate all athletic abilities. We welcome families and individuals of all ages and encourage you to invite your friends as well. Please be ready to make a weekly commitment!
