How to Join
There are two ways to join:
Meeting outside Bayview Village by the Starbucks. Please arrive between 6:30-6:40pm, as we leave promptly together at 6:45pm. We have runners and walkers, and we ask that everyone teams up so that no one is left behind. The route is 5km, with the ability to add distance if desired. Everyone is welcome!
Run, walk, cycle or workout every Monday, and post your workout selfie! You can tag us on Instagram using @TPCfindyourfit (or DM us for more information). We also have a private Facebook group that we use for weekly updates and highlights.
Once you join, the expectation is that you will attend and workout to the best of your ability on a weekly basis, cheering each other on in the process. We are always better together!
