Find Your Fit – Run & Walk

MONDAYS • 7:00 – 8:30 PM • OUTDOORS/E103

We are a co-ed group that exercises together! You can participate by running or walking our 5 Km courses. There is also a “learn to run” option available, where we use a buddy/group system encouraging participation from learners to seasoned runners. Families and individuals of all ages are welcome. Together, we are motivating one another each and every week.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For more information, please contact us.

Faith Fitness

Come and enjoy Group Fitness classes hosted by Faith Fitness. There will be a certified instructor to lead you through a variety of programs: dance, kickboxing, dumbbells, resistance bands techniques and stretching. Music is a great way to help us develop major muscles and improve fitness levels. Your first class is always free! The cost for 5 sessions is $20. Invite a friend!

Seniors Exercise Program

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS • 12:00 – 1:00 PM • GYM

Stay healthy, active and independent by joining our free seniors exercise program! Participants who are 65 and over must complete a brief telephone assessment by the CCAC prior to starting the program. Please register in advance by calling 416.222.2241 x 6444.
