Operating Deficit
Our Board of Directors and leadership team are dedicated to continuing to align our vision with good stewardship as we work through an operating deficit. At the end of fiscal year 2023-24 that deficit was $1.2 million, after removing Legacies (estate gifts) which are not part of our operating budget. We are grateful that God has led us to a plan that will help establish a healthy foundation to address both the short-term and long-term deficit. We began implementing the plan in August by reducing expenses and adjusting our staff team.
