We’re grateful for your ongoing prayers and support during this season. Peoples Ministries Inc. is addressing an operating deficit, and with prayerful discernment, we’ve been implementing a plan to ensure a strong, sustainable future.
Since August 2024, we’ve been gradually applying this plan. The plan includes reducing expenses, adjusting staff responsibilities, and making some tough decisions. This week we are making changes to some ministry programs, realigning staff roles, and eliminating a few vacant positions—all with a focus on long-term financial health while keeping God’s vision and mission for our church at the centre.
You may not notice changes in your ministry experience in the near future, but we will be adjusting some adult ministry offerings over time and reducing the hours the building is open to the public.
Here’s a quick look at our Congregational Life Team moving forward:

We will continue to seek God’s guidance as we live into His vision and mission for Peoples.
We will continue to monitor our finances closely and keep you updated with monthly stewardship updates.
For our Congregation:
Please take time to prayerfully discern where God is calling you to serve at TPC. Pastor Brett shared with us during the Servanthood series, and again on January 19, that we are called to serve one another as members of the Body of Christ. We truly rely on each other, with each of us having a unique role in building up this community.
Please continue to pray for wisdom and discernment for our Board and Executive team as we steward our resources and advance the vision and mission that God has given to Peoples.
