Description

Help support the environment and guests of Alpha by providing the welcome, hospitality, and services needed to run a great weekly Alpha meeting, hosting and facilitating table discussions, welcome and check-in, food, and tech.

Skills, Attribute, Knowledge

  • A welcoming and warm personality that helps people feel safe
  • The ability to listen well in a group environment and manage group dynamics
  • Comfortable with, or willing to learn, group facilitation
  • Sensitive to the needs of people of various cultural backgrounds and language skills
  • Embody a life of prayer, grounding in God’s Word, integrity, and discipleship to Jesus Christ

Days and Times

  • Alpha runs for 11 weeks
  • Weekly commitment of approximately 2.5-3.5 hours
  • Alpha leader training sessions
  • The Alpha weekend  retreat
