Description

Leading a small group (3-5) of new believers to explore the aspects of Christian faith and practice which will allow them to flourish in a life-long, submitted, seeking relationship with God as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Skills, Attribute, Knowledge

  • Mature in their faith: Consistent personal growth in dependence on and commitment to Christ including prayerfulness
  • Comprehensive experience in Bible reading and study, prayer, serving, tithing, personal and corporate worship, church faithfulness and sharing their faith as part of their ongoing relationship with God
  • Intentional discipleship as a high value
  • Leadership of self and group
  • Wisdom and patience, discretion and tactfulness
  • Embraces servant leadership (1 Timothy 3:1-7)
