Life Group Leader 

Lead a Life Group by facilitating meetings, fostering healthy relationships between members, praying for and encouraging group members to experience Christ, embrace community, and to engage globally in a safe, welcoming environment in alignment with The Peoples Church mission, vision, and values.

• Consistent growth in dependence on and commitment to Christ including prayerfulness
• Compassion for others and a desire to shepherd others to know and love Jesus
• Embraces servant leadership (1 Timothy 3:1-7)
• Group leadership and facilitation skills (or willingness to learn in these areas) which include but are not limited to, communication, active listening, cultural sensitivity, authentic conversations, and the fruit of the Spirit
• The willingness to apprentice new Life Group leaders

• 3.5 hours per week
