Where are we going?
How do I get there?

Have a Ride?
If you have a vehicle and are driving up to the retreat, it would be awesome to have you let us know you have space to take someone along. Please be sure to include this information on your registration.

Need a Ride?
Not sure how to get there? There will be willing sisters who graciously offer space in their vehicle. It is always nice to contribute to the cost of gas.

What is the cost?
  • $225.00 per person early bird (to feb 11)
  • $250.00 per person afterwards (feb 12 onward)

We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash. Sorry no cheques!

When & where can I register?
  • At the west counter in the church lobby on Sundays
  • Online
  • At our Wednesday Evening Bible Study
  • We accept cash, credit cards or debit cards. Sorry no cheques! Registrations are accepted until we sell out.

What happens when you sell out?

We can add your name to a waiting list that we process on a first come first served basis if there are any cancellations.

Do I get my own bed?

Yes, each woman gets their own bed with a minimum of two women per room.

I am coming alone, who will I room with?

We pray over each pairing that we make on the retreat and trust God to lead us as we pair people up in rooms.

I would prefer to have a room of my own. Is that possible?

While we do not encourage it, it is possible. The cost would be double as you would be paying the rate for two people (i.e. $225 x 2 = $450.00 for the early bird rate or $500 after the early bird rate). Bookings for single rooms are only taken if we do not sell out. We do this by placing you on a waiting list that would only be confirmed towards the end of March. The rate payable is determined by the timing of which we receive your request. We strongly discourage single room booking as we want to ensure that all people who want to partake have the opportunity as God leads.

When can I check in?

On-site registration opens Friday April 13, 2018 at 5:00 PM – 8:15 PM at MBC.

What do I need to bring?
  • A Bible
  • Weather appropriate clothing and footwear
  • Personal toiletries and sundries
  • Money for onsite bookstore, donation bin for Uganda Mission Team Movie & free time activities

Do I need to bring my own food?

Meals are provided and MBC works to ensure that we have a menu that is hot and hearty. As you register please be sure to complete the section on dietary restrictions if that applies to you. For extreme dietary restrictions, we recommend that you speak to a member of our Retreat Planning Team.

What time is check out?

All rooms must be checked out no later than 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 15.
