Audio Technician
Support our Sunday services and large auditorium events by ensuring audio elements are well mixed and delivered.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent quality audio mix of all the elements that are part of the Sunday service. Worship, host, message and others
- Deliver the audio signal with the standard that is required for audio Livestreaming
- Create an MP3 file of the message for the App

Camera Operator & Cable Puller
To support Sunday services & large auditorium events by operating broadcast cameras for live, online and Living Truth television
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up cameras, camera charting
- Ensure cameras are level, unlocked and controls and comms function as expected

- Determine shots available for each segment prior to segment start
- Follow directions from Director
- Assist other camera operators by managing cables as camera moves (cable pulling)

Camera Director
To support Sunday service and large auditorium event filming/streaming by identifying and calling types of shots available/needed and providing clear guidance to camera operators

Job Responsibilities

- Capture photos and/or video at services and events
- Edit your images according to The Peoples Church guidelines
- Deliver your photos within 24 hours and tag them with relevant metadata

Production Assistant
To support Sunday services and large auditorium events by keeping record of and communicating all service details relating to production, to the Production Team in real-time (speaker/host locations on stage, worship flow and song sequences, how speakers begin and end their sections, upcoming sermon slides, standout elements or props, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Be familiar with Planning Center service rundown
- Record production notes from rehearsals, cue to cues, and pre-service meetings (who enters and where, song flow notes – leads, instrumentals, etc.), including host’s topic flow
- During rehearsals and service provide verbal production notes (over internal communication system) for Director and Camera Operators (song flow feedback, service participants, upcoming sermon slides, etc.)
- Record sermon timecode notes (highlighting any standout events, slides) on sermon notes

To support Sunday services & large auditorium events by running on-screen elements (lyrics, lower third graphics, videos, sermon PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Responsibilities
- Attend midweek rehearsal to run lyrics and modify lyric flow as needed
- Be familiar with the service rundown ensuring all graphic elements are in place in the playlist
- Load outstanding content (including sermon PowerPoint) prior to pre-service rehearsal
- Ensure that ProPresenter is set up properly and that each screen is receiving the content it should (video switcher, stage confidence monitor, Smartboard)
- Run through all service elements to ensure actions/cues/timers behave as expected
- Monitor screen content and timers
- After rehearsals and services, make any necessary updates
- Ensure remote clicker is available for stage manager, collect remote clicker after service

To act as an intercessor and provide prayer support by chat on the online platform before, during and after Sunday service

- Attend service weekly and pray to congregants that desire prayer in the auditorium at the end of services
- Ensure information / prayer request is updated in CCB by providing the details to an Administrator for follow-up
- Pray daily for those that were prayed for at the end of the service
- Pray over weekly email prayer requests

Marketing Team Member (Newcomers Ministry)
The purpose of this volunteer role is to provide marketing support to the Newcomers Network team in seeking to provide compassion, connection, and community for newcomers to Canada in the fullness of Jesus’ love.
The role would provide opportunities to get involved in varied and interesting aspects of marketing, including campaigns, website administration, stakeholder relation management, event planning and social media management
Job Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing plan for Newcomers Network
- Formulate and execute marketing and public relations plans

The purpose of this volunteer role is to create engaging content for Newcomers Network’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

- Help create and maintain a social media plan
- Use social media to promote the activities and achievements of Newcomers Network
- Keeping our social media channels updated on a frequent basis
- Encouraging others to comment on our posts and share them with others
- Ensure that communication reaches a wide range of local stakeholders and diverse audience
- Develop and manage content for our website and social media
- Select relevant channels to reach our diverse audience
- Take part in monthly teleconference meetings with committee members
