Worship Team Leader
A worship coordinator is someone who leads God’s children to adore, praise, give thanks, help express how they feel and repent during a time and place of worship.
Job Responsibilities
- Review the weekly video lesson, song, and memory verse curriculum as provided
- Prepare to host/lead our Preschool or Elementary children in this group time – may include adding your own creativity
- Ensure the session is kept to 10 minutes
- Ability to serve a minimum of two times per month at the 9:00 AM or 11:30 AM service

Bible Storyteller Leader
Share the Bible story to kids in the large group. Teach and guide kids to know God’s Words by communicating with them
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule Bible Storyteller team to serve for each week
- Preparing a Bible story each week and sharing (15 minutes) with the kids in a dynamic way
- Studying on weekly curriculum-Bible story, that follows the same themes
- Required to adapt to different age groups
- Ability to serve a minimum of one time per month at the 9:00 AM or 11:30 AM service

Infant and Toddler Care Team Leader
Provide love and care for children who are a 2-3 months to 23 months
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule the Infant and Toddler care team member to serve each week
- To ensure the children under our care are provided for during their time in the Nursery and Toddler. This includes rocking, holding, feeding, reading, playing, and changing diapers as necessary
- Pray regularly for the children and families
- Available a minimum of one Sunday per month. Greater frequency is encouraged

Special Needs Leader
Provide care and support by being with the special needs during the services on Sundays. Every child has a unique set of needs and abilities, and God loves everyone just the same.

- Organize and schedule the special needs team member to serve each week

Sunday School Teacher / Co Teacher Team
Become a teacher or co-teacher for kids in Preschool (ages 3-5) or Elementary school (grades 1-5
Job Responsibilities
- To lead kids on their life-changing Bible studying journey so that they truly see the importance of building a genuine relationship with God
- Review the provided weekly curriculum prior to each Sunday program and come prepared with the knowledge of key messages and lessons
- Lead the class in teaching Bible lessons, activities, crafts and support children in weekly large group/worship sessions
- Provide regular updates and report any issues to the Team Coordinator
- Pray regularly for the children and families
- To build meaningful relationships with the kids that they work with, so the kids see them as someone they can turn to

Hallway Monitor Team Leader
To create a safe space for TPC Kids on Sundays

- Oversee and schedule Hallway Monitor volunteers to serve each week

- Be aware of security precautions (safe pick up, authorized adults in spaces, bathroom safety, etc.) to keep kids safe

Job Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule the Roaming Greeter team volunteers to serve each week
- This role is crucial to reaching out to a new family with young kids and/or a family returned to TPC but kids are not back to TPC kids yet
- Roaming around the main sanctuary, Connection Centre area, intentionally looking for families with young kids (newcomers, first-time visitors, etc.) sitting by themselves
- Provide information to families, guide them to take the next step toward kids ministry
